TERMS, CONDITIONS AND WARRANTY INFORMATION
Prices, terms and policies herein supersede all previous quotations and are subject to change without notice. Louisiana residents must add applicable sales tax to orders.
PAYMENT
We accept cashiers checks, money orders and VISA, MASTERCARD AND DISCOVER for purchases within the United States and Canada. Purchases from countries other than the afore named are payable by Western Union. Shipping charges are discussed and agreed upon at time of order. No CODs. Business checks are accepted for approved accounts only. All payments are to be in U.S. funds only.
SHIPPING
Unless otherwise requested, all shipping will be regular UPS for packages weighing less than 70 pounds. Expedited shipping is available at additional cost to the customer. Packages weighing 70 pounds or more will be shipped by the motor freight carrier of our choice. Signature is required for all orders delivered to businesses. Residential deliveries require signature if ordered through one of our vendors and shipped from our location. Some residential deliveries shipped from our location will require signature. Shipping charges are not refundable. No exceptions. Shipments made by LTL carrier to residential locations are subject to a residential delivery fee in addition to the original freight charge.
SERVICE
We strive for next day shipment, however, due to the specialty of our product line and variable inventory, some orders may require additional time for shipment and delivery. We are not responsible for time in transit by a carrier once it leaves our location. Orders made ONLINE requesting expedited freight ( Air & Select Services ) , NOTE : Expedited selections do not dictate date of shipment only duration of shipment.
CLAIMS AND RETURNS
All orders are carefully packaged, however, mishandling by the carrier enroute can result in damage. The carrier has the responsibility for the shipment from the time it leaves our facility until it is delivered to the customer. Claims for damage or postage should be reported immediately to the carrier, not JB Conversions, Inc. Unauthorized returns will be refused. Written or verbal return authorization must be furnished by our company in advance of a return. Authorized returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee/handling charge. Returns must be made within 30 days from date of sale. All returns must be sent prepaid and insured by the customer. Orders purchased with credit card and returned/cancelled by the customer will be subject to a 4% credit card fee.
WARRANTY AND PRODUCT DISCLAIMER
Because all parts which we sell are intended for use in heavy duty applications, it is not possible to warranty or guarantee performance of any items. Further, we disclaim any liability from action resulting from failure or parts durability. We disclaim any express or implied warranties. Our products may be subject to an infinite variety of conditions due to the manner in which they are used, serviced and/or installed. Purchasers and users of such products rely upon their own judgment as to the suitable use, selection, service, and installation of such products. JB Conversions, Inc.
